What happens on Photo Day
Individual portraits—no team lineup required.

Arrive for your team’s time
Come dressed and ready at the Photo Day time shown for your team.

Individual portraits
Players and coaches are photographed individually at our off-ice portrait station.

You’re finished after portraits
No posed team photo is needed. We create it digitally from the player and coach portraits, so you can leave once your portraits are complete.
Proofs and online ordering are expected about one week after Photo Day.Sign up and we’ll email you as soon as they are ready.

Wear your full uniform. No skates, no mouthguard, no helmet.
Skaters bring your gloves and stick. Goalies bring your full gear including stick, blocker and glove.

How do we order photos?
You do not need to order at the venue. Proofs and ordering are completed online after Photo Day.

What happens next?

Order by the association deadline to avoid the $10 shipping & processing fee.
Receive email updates
You’ll receive an order confirmation and applicable ready or delivery emails.
Receive it through your association
Printed orders are packed by team and returned together. Your association or team manager hands them out at a practice or game.
Estimated association delivery is approximately three weeks after the ordering deadline.Timing is an estimate and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control. Ordering remains open after the deadline; the $10 shipping & processing fee then applies and the order ships directly to your family.
